Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchases from Niza Design. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help make your exchange or return quick and seamless.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Local Orders (Kuwait): Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery.

  • GCC & International Orders: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your package.

Conditions for Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and receipts/invoice must be attached and included.

  • Sale, clearance, or outlet items may be subject to final sale rules (exchanges only or non-refundable depending on promotional terms).

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • In-Store: Visit any of our branches (EDGE Shuwaikh, Tijaria Commercial Tower, or Khiran Mall) with your items and original purchase receipt for immediate assistance.

  • Online Support: Contact our team via WhatsApp at +965 60053660 or email us at nizadesignkw@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Refunds & Delivery Charges

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method or issued as store credit.

  • Shipping Fees: Original delivery charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when sending items back for international returns or local courier pick-ups, unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.
